After a Chemistry degree in a Graduate School of Engineering in Bordeaux, Pascal Boustingorry obtained a Ph. D in Materials Science in 2002 on the development of compound materials made of gypsum and wood fibers. He then entered the main R&D facility of CHRYSO, a company making admixtures for the construction industry, where he is still working today as the Manager of the Interface Physical Chemistry team. His topics of interest and skills range from suspension rheology, organo-mineral interactions, physical chemistry of aqueous solutions, comminution process modeling and data science. He is a co-author of 24 peer-reviewed papers with an h-index of 13. He is a regular reviewer for Cement and Concrete Research, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science and Materials and Structures, and is a member of the Editorial Board of Cement.
